You may in the course of litigation find that while a BV report in your file makes perfect sense to you, you are not quite sure why its conclusion is so far apart from your opponent's. In such case, it may may sense to ask us to review business valuation appraisal work product for consistency, validity of assumptions, theoretical integrity, and common sense.
